May is Mental Health Month and we at Thrive want you to know that mental health is very important! We want you to think of your mental health in a similar way that you think about physical health.

Do you do an annual checkup and eat your veggies to care for your body? If so, that is great, but what are you doing for your mental health?

We think your mental health is just as important as your physical health. There are things you can do each day to keep your mind healthy.

One thing you should be doing every day is getting plenty of sleep. It’s one of the most important things for both mental and physical health. It seems like such a simple thing, but if you have ever had trouble sleeping due to anxiety or depression, you will know that sometimes getting good sleep can feel impossible.
